Handling Recruitment requirements for all Operations and Support Function departments. Maintaining relationships and working with the Department Managers and Directors for timely and accurate hiring. Sourcing profiles through different channels. Responsible for entire Recruitment Cycle. Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a wide range of media, for example: Newspapers, Websites, Social Media etc attract suitable candidates. Screening applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a list of shortlisted candidates. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the respective department managers. Prepares pre-employment documentation for candidates. Ensures that there is an approved position description for each vacancy recruited for Prepares offers for candidates and adhere to the HR Policy manual when preparing offers Liaises with other functions in the organization to facilitate information exchange and process improvement. Supports the human resource function in Employee Performance Evaluations, Job description preparation, Evaluation of HR Policies and Procedures
Human Resources Responsibilities includes recruitment, Mobilization and Induction of new Employees, Terminations and Resignations, Promotion and Transfers, Salary Compensation and benefits review and comparison, Performance Evaluation, Advise Department Head on HR issues and Local Laws, Arrange Training and monitor Training Data, Staff welfare and counselling including solving the conflicts, Introduction and review of HR Policies and Procedures, Strategic Personnel Planning, Maintaining and updating HR System, Writing Job Descriptions, Organizing staff events, Ensuring the expiry dates of Visas, Accommodation rental, Equipment Rental and company documents are highlighted to the top management and make necessary arrangements for the timely renewal to avoid penalties and consequential losses. Manage all documents including logging in the computer all information pertaining to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
