Engaged in commissioning of Shampoo factory, Ice cream & powder factory;
Evaluation of project technical proposals, detailed designs and calculations submitted by consultants/contractors for different projects/contracts.
Project co-ordination with different departments and contractors for the successful completion of projects;
Excellent supervisory experience, including setting goals and objectives, project development, planning and organization, facility management, budget monitoring and cost control;
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, methods & improving health and safety policies;
Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of ACB/VCB, HT/LT Panels, Switch gears, Lighting Systems, Different types of machines like Homogenizer, Filling Machine, Pasteurizer, Cream Separator, Boiler etc..
Identifying & maintaining critical spare & updating records as per the audit requirements;
Diagnosing breakdown problems & ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery in case of breakdowns;
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, fitting new parts & making sure equipment's are working correctly;
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operations & Maintenance expenditures;
Working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines;
Synchronizing with Grid Power (110/11 KV);
Operation and maintenance experience of various Electrical equipments in Substation such as 11KV Indoor, outdoor VCB, SF6 and LT Breaker ACB up to 3200A;
Good knowledge of Preparing Job Planning for Run time and shutdown time;
Good Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance Inspection of Electrical Equipment;
Good knowledge of Insulation Testing with Megger, Transformer Oil Testing and Transformer Oil Filtering;
HT & LT Transformer Maintenance up to 12.5MVA;
Knowledge continuous, safe and efficient operation of Plant;
Automation and SCADA project planning, scheduling based upon project commissioning and start-up schedule;
Complete Engineering testing and commissioning of facility instrumentation and control systems;
Insure accuracy and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, control and safety systems;
System testing and troubleshooting of control programs;
A Dynamic Professional holding BE degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India
