Responsibilities:

 Prepare and review of project Data sheets, Shop drawings, Engineering Documents, ITP and
Method statements, final project dossiers etc.
 Supervise the Installation work of piping.
 Overseeing design discrepancies through all areas of the project by interfacing with entire project
team and facilitate the necessary information for construction works.

Responsibilities:

 Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
 Ensure the productivity and quality is maintained by Subcontractors
 Preparation of AS BUILT (Red Markup Drawing)
 Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, conducting Hydro & Pneumatic test, fulfilling
commissioning and Pre-commissioning requirement for this project.
 Prepare project Quality Plan, ITP and Method statements.

Responsible for inspections for All Mechanical Works (Structure, Piping, Equipment’s installation, Instrument & Electrical)
 Perform and witness all types of mechanical site tests (hydrostatic, gravity, pressure tests, smoke/air pressure test, pre commissioning and commissioning tests).
 Conduct inspections for arriving materials (Equipment, Pipes, flanges, fittings etc.) as per
approved material submittals and conformance with handling and storage requirements of project
 Pre Operational Verification (POV) is carried out prior to hand over.

 Preparation of value engineering and cost comparison data sheets between specified and proposed materials for the purpose of cost savings to the client.
 Sub-contractor and Material Pre-qualification assessment
 Price Negotiations with Vendors and sub-contractor packages in line to the stipulated project’s cost budget.
