• Wireline DESC Engineer for “Ural Oil & Gas” LLP and “Zhaikmunai” LLP Operating Companies
- Support clients by bringing segment technologies and solutions on wireline services
- Involve in planning wireline operations and organize pre-job meetings with operating location
- Define along with Management new product introductions, key areas of growth and level of services.
- Support the marketing strategy of the service delivery organization
- Routinely review the service quality
- Follow up and update according to Customer Specific Sales Profiles.

- Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommends all necessary changes as well as accordingly present price increases to clients

• Engineer in Charge during absence of Field Service Manager. Managed finance, personnel, marketing, and logistics of the location with 25 employees, 20 million USD assets, and more than 500 KUSD revenue per month. Close communication with clients. Involved in field project management. Accountable for all field operations.
• Lead Engineer for all wireline logging operations in Aktobe and Atyrau regions in Kazakhstan. Developed SOPs for local clients and improved workflow processes utilizing my past international experience. Trained local field engineers. Promote HSE culture in location. Concentrated on developing more leadership skills

• In charge of open hole and cased hole logging operations in Japan, Korea and Taiwan for both offshore and land operations. Acquired excellent data in full service logging operations in HPHT environment Underbalance perforation with 10Kpsi wellhead pressure.
• Concentrated on developing more interpersonal and functional technical skills during this assignment:
- Worked closely with clients on logging project planning, implementation and data delivery
- Involved in interpretations of petrophysical, geological, production data
- Effective and knowledgeable working with cultures worldwide gained from international assignments.

• In charge of open hole logging operations in East Land China. Started on running basic logging tools such as nuclear, resistivity, sonic tools in sandstone formations. Further developed expertise in more complex tools in high profile fields and offshore in Bohay Bay. Successfully acquired first oil sample in one section of giant oilfield in shallow offshore environment using MDT. Tested first XPT in that area, the new genaration of formation pressure testing tool.
Performed first joint logging operation with Chinese National Logging Company in offshore Myanmar
• Concentrated on developing more technical and computer skills during this assignment:
- Ability to run most of the high-tech tools
- Identify problems during a failure, troubleshoot and implement corrective process
- HSE initiatives and implementations
