•Handling recruitment for Pan India basis and corporate level.
•Coordinate with consultants for recruitment.

•Completing joining formalities of new joinees.
•Taking Induction & Training of new joinees.

•Take care for bank accounts of new joiners.

•Preparing various tracker as interview, Buddy referral, Uniform etc..

•Preparing and maintaining tracker on daily basis.

•Preparing F&F statements for leaving employees.
•Handling employee queries regarding ESI, PF, Salary etc.
•Maintaining the Attendance and Leaves records for all employees across the organization.

Project Summary : The objective of study was to find out the relationship of Emotional Intelligence with Job Satisfaction. During this study period, I collected the data of respondents. The results of the study showed that both emotional intelligence and job satisfaction were at a moderate level
