•Exposure of New Outlet opening-Pan India Basis
•Preparing various tracker as interview, Buddy referral, Uniform etc..
•Handling various employee welfare activities.

Project Summary : The objective of study was to find out the relationship of Emotional Intelligence with Job Satisfaction. During this study period, I collected the data of respondents. The results of the study showed that both emotional intelligence and job satisfaction were at a moderate level
