Develop and present credit proposals for various banking products, including short-term loans, trust receipts, term loans, and letters of credit.
Collaborate with legal, technical, treasury, branch, and operations departments to ensure smooth deal execution.
Act as a single point of contact for client queries, resolving issues and exceeding expectations

• Acquisition and manage existing client of commercial banking clients for the working capital with an annual turnover up to INR 1, 000 Crores. Acquisition of New-to-Bank relationships through open market and other channels.
• Business Development through quality sourcing for Working Capital & Term Debt - WCDL, over draft, term loan, Capex letter of credit, bank guarantee, buyers credit, suppliers credit, invoice discounting, Equipment Finance, Operating & Financial Lease and lease rental discounting.
• Preparation of credit proposal and presenting to for approval.
• Understand the client business and structure the working capital product according their requirement and business need, structure the right product which is beneficial to the client and organization.
• Coordinating with the entire relevant department such as legal, technical and operations.
• To be in constantly in touch with the client and to ensure the portfolio health is intact and client requirements are met.
• Maintaining end to end relationship with client, i.e. from sourcing to disbursement, servicing, renewal and enhancement.
• Act as single point for customer query resolution and servicing the customer for the business requirements.
