•Recruitment budget and Manpower Planning Strategies - Planning budgets and strategies after considering the business /operational requirements.
•Recruitment and Selection- Responsible for handling, interviewing and selection of candidates and on boarding and induction of new staff.
•Performance Management Systems- Involved in setting up the performance management system which includes preparing job descriptions, listing of competencies required for each position, assigning weightages for each and preparing the appraisal forms.
•Change Management- Been part of an organization undergoing change due to change in management and thereby facilitate & coach line managers, front line team as they help their direct team members understand the objective of the change.

•Exit Interviews and Attrition analysis-Conduct exit interviews with outgoing to staff to ensure and analyze the reasons for employee attrition on a monthly basis.
