Project documentation including weekly progress report, monthly progress report, payment application etc.
Planning of procurement and follow up the delivery of materials required at site.
Allocation of resources including manpower and machinery.
Interpreting the specifications and the drawings issued for construction by the client/consultants and ensure the works are carried out accordingly.
Review design and shop drawings and suggest modifications due to site conditions.
Attend coordination meetings to review and coordinate between various agencies to prepare working shop drawings.
Prepare variation notices and notification as per contract.
Communication with Client, Consultants, arranges inspections, visits, coordinate and act as a link with Consultants and project execution team.
Review and prepare responses to consultant /client communication and responses to minutes of meetings.

Lead the execution of several design and build landscape and Irrigation Projects.
To develop and expand the overall company customer portfolio across all key areas in Agricultural trading and contracting.
To drive new business initiatives for incremental volume and share by negotiating, and finalizing new and key current customer development agreements.
To lead the operation for sustainable profitable growth.
Maintain close contact with senior management team on major strategic issues and decisions regarding local government procedures, major customers in the marketplace.
Negotiation and finalization of contracts with Clients/ Consultants.
Reviewing project contracts and payment terms.
Review progress of works and suggest measures to expedite the progress of work.
Monitoring project cost in liaison with the QS and finance department and take necessary steps to control cost.
Identification of sub contractors and suppliers and finalizing business with them.
