 Conduct implementation training sessions with clients (remotely) to facilitate application & interface set-up & configuration.
 Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
 Prepare written reports and co-ordinate with Manager and Customer Support Engineers.
 Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs.
 Conveying solution benefits to both business and technical audiences.
 Effectively communicate with shop supervision, Engineering and Quality departments to solve technical repair problems.
 Record required information on all repairs and publication discrepancies.
 Recognizes failures and set-up problems, and determines need for appropriate verification.
 Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
 Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation and maintenance of purchased products.
 Working under the Human Factors Training Guidelines.
