Key Deliverables:
* Lead the Customer Handling operations of the manufacturing Unit and ensures the implementation of new
strategies and goals to increase sales, profitability, client satisfaction and employee motivation and development.
* Ensure division activities are in line with the business objectives of the team to ensure customer Retention and
maintain professional relationship with clients.
* Lead Negotiation and high level meetings with the clients, Suppliers and partners to ensure successful closing
of the business deals
* Ensure Factory production is in line with the supply chain time line and eliminate gap with in orders and
delivery.
* Orginating Orders for HD, LD, PP and other Packaging products like Shopping Bags, Shrink Films, ConstructionRolls,
Agricultural Rolls and BOPP and POPP packs.
* Responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable from the existing client base and all other aspects
of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
* Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements Resolve billing and customer credit issues Update account status
records and collections effort Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
* Work with team members, supervisors to develop purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
and Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters with working
knowledge in Tally ERP 9 and Odoo.
