Purpose - To supervise, coordinate and expedite placement of purchase orders to ensure timely
delivery of repair part.
Main Responsibilities:-
1. Expediting & Procurement
Co-ordinate and expedite repair orders to ensure material is delivered on time.
Responsible for all repair part that sent out to vendor.
Responsible for materials scheduling and procurement.
2. Revise & Review Delivery Schedules
Alter purchase delivery schedules with suppliers to cope with changing demands in production.
Ensure urgent orders are processed.
3. Monitor Compliance and Production
Monitor supplier delivery schedules, monitor the flow of materials and components to conform to
production schedules.
Monitor and review supplier on time delivery and tackle any challenges or late deliveries.
4. Manage Orders & Potential Challenges
Ensure any inconsistencies with orders are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Manage Communication Through the Whole of the Supply Chain
Confer with production control to eliminate difficulties and delays.
Manage effective relationships with members of the supply chain by utilizing key negotiation
skills effectively.
Working closely with both the production control and purchasing department to ensure effective
communication routes are open and all parties are up to date with activities.
6. Reporting & Supply Chain Systems
To report KPI data to colleagues on a daily basis.

Responsible for planning and procurement of AGS to maintain optimization of inventory stock levels of services and products to meet the company requirements.
• Scanning of AGS bins every Monday fortnightly and Submission of Reports to Aerofastener (Supplier)
• Participate in monthly stock counts
• Liaise with Spirit Europe Material team on anomalies and proactively chase shortages.
• Ensure AGS Bag Sizes are Topical. Report anomalies.
• Manage KPI of Aerofastener and report monthly.
• Compile Input for Spirit Europe Aerosystem Operations reviews
• Fully understand AGS Technical data, Size up/down, specs.
• Interaction with Supply Chain and Engineering when necessary.
• Ensure AGS BOM is in line with usage and enact change when required
• Ensure Spirit Europe Provisioning BOM is in line with Spirit Malaysia BOM.
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity
• Closely monitor all deliveries for AGS for production
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics on the level of parts/raw materials in the organization.
