On mandate of the President and CEO of the Private Equity Fund Sign Box (active in the Fashion Industry) I do scouting activities and search of new acquisition opportunities presenting them to the Investment Committee

Reporting to the President and CEO of the tile manufacturer Opera Group Srl I followed the restructuring phase of the Group under all the aspects: Debt and Financial (following the negotiation with the Banking Pool), Operation and Industrial and other activities of Corporate Finance (selling of no core assets, merging, splitting, selling of business lines, etc...).
I coordinated a team of 12 resources and several external consultants (both technical and legal) and assured the communication and work-flow with auditors and other statutory bodies (Board of Directors, Shareholders and Statutory Auditors).

CFO - M&A MANAGER - INVESTOR RELATOR at NCH - TAS GROUP

I followed and coordinated the migration project to the new ERP and reporting system. This experience has been illustrated in the book “Il Controllo Di Gestione Nelle Imprese. Recenti Considerazioni …” published by Giuffré in 2004, and still used as reference text in many Universities, in which I am mentioned as co-author.
I managed all the activities relating to the Group's IPO in the Italian Stock Exchange following both the Corporate Finance side of this project and the Investor Relator tasks.
After that experience I followed and managed the dimensional growth of the NCH Group, assisting the President and CEO in the activity of M&A and Extraordinary Corporate Finance.
I held the role of Director of M&A and Extraordinary Finance of TAS SpA (listed company) and of NCH Group. In 2006, for the acquisition of TAS, I have been awarded of the Milano Finanza Award for best M&A in 2005.
In 2006, I followed the restructuring phase of the TAS Group.
In 2007, I assisted the President and Majority Shareholder of NCH Group in the selling of his stake and the change of control of TAS Group to the new Shareholder TASNCH Holding controlled by an UK Private Equity
Fund.
I coordinated the restructuring phase of the banking indebtedness following to the acquisitions and participated to the industrial re-engineering of the Group. For this reason from 2007 until 2009, I have been a
Board member of the listed company TAS S.p.A. and member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees.
On behalf of TAS Group, as investor relator, I have attended several road shows organized by Borsa Italiana in Italy and abroad (Milan, Frankfurt, London and New York city).

During this long experience I coordinated a wide team of professionals reaching the level of 33 resources.
