Responsible for the flow of goods from
Sourcing Suppliers to Central DCs to Regional
DCs. Total of 8 regular DCs with occasional
flows to other DCs in Angola Markets
• Managing 1500+ saleable SKUs within 3
portfolios by monitoring the consumption and
monthly KPIs to drive forecast accuracy across
African markets
• Convert S&OP volumes into Raw / Packing
materials requirements plan to achieve planned
sales targets with 18 months MRP (Material
Requirement Planning) and create the month
Production schedule (MPS)
• Responsible for monthly Sales & Operations
Planning (S&OP) process with supply, sales,
operation, and financial planning based on
forecast analysis and financial estimates
enabling optimal decision making to
management.
• Attending monthly / Quarterly meetings with
Local Transporter & Shipping lines
understanding - Freight projection / Space
allotment.
• Analyze and communicate Gap between
constrained supply plan and target by
evaluating risks & opportunities for creating
contingencies and mitigation plan
• KPI management - Inventory Freshness /
Obsolescence / CVFOT/OTIF /Days of
Inventory / Customer Service Levels / Forecast
Accuracy.
• Monitoring Stock levels for Regional DCs for
optimizing inventory to reduce DOH & improve
availability to customers
• Managing the Lifecycle of a product portfolio
including Item creation, master data, Inventory
norms, supply forecast & service levels for
phase-outs and new product launches.
• Lead the development of forecasting and
demand planning tools (Excel-based) to drive
inventory availability assessments and
purchasing requirements for RM & PM for
Manufacturing and Distribution Businesses.
• Balance service levels, inventory, and costs for
the assigned production plant/product families
by preparing a Demand Plan with regular
reviews/updates of planning parameters
according to ABC/XYZ categories as SOP best
practices.
• Leading Decision-making process on MTO vs.
MTS strategies with alignment as Inventory
norms.
• Driving SLOB process-driven and
recommending rescue measures and help
escalating non-resolved issues aiming to
reduce obsolescence and write-offs.
• Established performance metrics, driven best
practices, and lead process and tool
improvements that are aligned with the
strategic priorities of the team.
• Lead and implemented monthly S&OP cycle for
Business with cross function
• Leading relationship management with Supply
point and work on developing and updating
Standard procedures (SOP)s and service level
agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and share Latest estimates in S&OP cycle
and provide input to volume planning (Latest
Estimates / Annual Estimates) to stakeholders
• Preparing Readiness Report sharing with
Director and other stakeholders for weekly
Dispatches and logistics dept for weekly local and
export shipments.
• Lead the development of route optimization
plans in accordance with weekly supply and sales
forecast while ensuring mapping of best route for
maximum coverage and least cost.
• Leading Demand reviews -Supply reviews -
Near Expiry's & Stock outs & inventory reviews.
• KPI management - Inventory Freshness /
Obsolescence / CVFOT/OTIF /Days of Inventory /
Customer Service Levels / Forecast Accuracy.
• Maintain and understand the sales data at
different aggregation levels (Brands, Sub-brands,
SKUs, variants, sizes, Distribution channels).
• Responsible for monitoring and measuring
compliance with the execution of the production
plan vs Actual Production - PPC conformance.
• Acting as Supply Chain Single Point of contact
(SPOC) between factory & sales & customer
service dept to develop intimacy and
understanding with final customers.
• Owning a Customer Safety Stock Contracts
management & Pvt Label business and ensuring
adherence to prerequisites and with inventory
impact assessment.
• Coordinating in product life cycle management
focusing on efficient introduction and timely
removal of products.
• Ensure all processes are well documented in
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with clear
process flows, lead times and RACI charts
aligned with company policies

• Inventory: AED 25 MM
• KPI Responsible : 4PL Supply chain / Forecast accuracy / Fill Rate / On Store Availability
