B2/3 Water flood project comprising of five well head platforms & two topsides production modules.
Seria Crude Oil Terminal (SCOT) & BLNG (Green field & Brown field)
Supervise and carry out the pre-commissioning and commissioning checks on C & A systems for Oil & Gas offshore and onshore facilities. In addition involve in verifying construction and mechanical completions of various subsystems and strictly adhering to construction & completions management systems (GO- CCMS)
QA/QC System knowledge, good understanding of QA/QC requirements for final documentation on oil and gas related construction projects
Involved in CTP development (commissioning test procedure)
Factory acceptance testing and Site acceptance testing on C & A systems
Participate in all the HSE inductions and trainings including HAZID/HAZOP
Witness pre-commissioning tests carried out by vendor’s packages like Biocide injection skid, OP corrosion inhibitor skid, OP demulsifier skid, OP scale inhibitor skid, WI scale inhibitor skid, MEG skid MPFM, PDHG, Corrosion monitoring system, Wellhead control panel, CO2 snuffing system and Orga solar systems.
Involved in CPRA and well tie-in activities
Functional test of process and safeguarding system and fire and gas system as per cause and effect matrix (ESD, PSD)
Control system Emerson Delta V (FFDCS, SIS & IPS) and SCADA
lInstallation & Commissioning of RTU (DATAC) well head control panel (PETRONASH), choke valves (Master Flow), 24V UPS and accessory Instruments in PS - 2. Wireless
Transmitters (Emerson) Installation & commissioning in PS-4 process platform. Interface with
the existing system and commissioning of the same. Ensure work is performed in
Accordance with project scheduled requirement, site survey, Coordinate with in -house
Engineering team for the preparation of engineering documents. Preparation of SPIR, close
out report and as built
Managing and leading team members, allocating resources among team members and implementing project as per scheduled deadlines. Team organization, role of each staff. Ensuring the material & manpower availability, advising in advance about any material short-falls and reporting to Project Manager. Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality work.
