Travel Operations
* Accurate and timely process of Travel Requests, Leave
Reimbursements and applicable deductions.
* Make travel arrangements for the US military force, provide them
various options of fares and routings and provide ticket for the cost
and time effective routings to the desired destinations.
* Co-ordinate with International Clients by meeting their travel
requirements in a timely manner and build strong relationship for
future company prospects.

* Timely process of Vendor invoices, Proper and accurate maintenance
of employee travel file electronically.
* Smooth and timely coordination of daily office tasks such as mails
and correspondence, phone calls, coordination with various
departments such as Logistics, Documents Control and Travel Agents
in order to ensure smooth functioning of assigned job tasks.
* Knowledge of SAP applications.
SINGAPORE
Arrivals: Handling passenger queries on arrival, handling mishandled
baggage making PIR, AOC and all related papers thereon. Taking
IGM number, sending telexes and related works.
* Departures: Check in Counters, Boarding Gate Management, taking
Immigration Clearance, taking EGM number after push back of flight,
handling UNMs on flight, preparing crew GD and all related works
for departures.
* Related Post Flight works: Stamping passenger manifest and GD
from immigration and customs, filing, sending UNM telex etc.
* In addition my work task also included handling VIPs, assisting them
till flight departure, making hotel and car arrangements for
international clients.
Handling front office including phone calls, queries and email.
* Keeping accurate records like employee register, enquiry register,
quote register etc.
* Maintaining company records such as registrations, renewals of all
licenses, ISO records, vehicle records etc.
* Preparing quotations for respective enquiries, Raising POs,
scheduling delivery of respective orders.
* Liaison between all impacted departments of the company for the
smooth and precise conduct of company activities.
* Timely follow up for due payments. Handling couriers and letters.
* Maintaining Diary of priorities, taking Minutes of meeting.
* Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements,
corporate agendas and itineraries.
* Handling Petty cash, Cheque deposits, maintaining periodical track of
Company expenses such as Telephone bills, Internet bill vehicle
expenses.
* I have been OFFICIAL MR of the company. Has acquired ISO
standards for the company by maintaining all standard
requirements, procedures and documents.
