Key Role
• Deputed as Projects Planning and Manager for Real Estate and Projects Delivery at Corporate office to establish Planning department, reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate and Projects Delivery.
• Established Planning Procedure and Guideline for Business Unit.
• Responsible for establishing and delivering Forensic delay analysis. Building robust claims and detailed analysis on time over a period from design until project close-out on each project.
• Encompasses the data gathering, management, and analytical processes used to predict, understand and constructively influence the time and cost outcomes of our projects or portfolios; through the communication of information in formats that assist effective management and decision making.
• Prepares master Capex project and portfolio plans, schedules, and master resource estimate based on project specifications and timelines; ensure regular update of the master schedules so that they accurately reflect project progress and update the Department Head and stakeholders.
• Also responsible for Project Management in Constructing of fit-outs for VOX Cinemas at Kempinski Hotel (UAE), VOX Cinemas at Nizwa Grand Mall (Oman), VOX Cinemas at Nakheel Mall Jumeriah (UAE)
Key Responsibilities
• Provides oversight for the incorporation of contract and tender schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule and formal change orders
• Prepares project plans and master for projects on a monthly basis via the prepared business plan; forecast revenues and profitability by projecting varied business cases to be submitted.
• Analyzes project specifications and timelines in order to prepare high-level project schedules and dashboard reports to various stakeholders.
• Coordinates with the Project Management team to determine project delivery methodology and resource requirements and prepare high-level detailed project plans and resource requirement/utilization schedules.
• Coordinates with assigned Project Managers to finalize the master project plan and complete gaps.
• Obtains approval from the Department Head and publishes the master project plan.
• Obtains project status reports from the Project Management team on all current projects and updates the master project plan accordingly to ensure that the project plan reflects progress.
• Ensures the procurement schedules for both material and sub-contracts are planned, scheduled, and maintained.
• Tracks and controls project schedules, through conducting regular project report reviews, monitoring project costs and projections against budget; determine areas of delay and highlights the same to the Department Head and Project Management team so that the corrective action may be initiated in order to ensure project progress as per schedule.
• Determines resource utilization on each project and present variances from resource utilization schedules to the Department Head and Project Management team.
• Ensures that all project documentation (technical documentation, communication, changes, schedules, resource utilization) is complete and filed as per guidelines.
• Provides direction/guidance and motivation across the team to enhance performance and produce quality work; ensures that subordinates are continuously developed for higher levels.
• Prepares performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports (if any) to assess subordinates’ productivity and progress and identify the training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.

• Responsible for Strategic Planning and Project Control establishment for projects .
• Provide detailed documentation and built robust delay claims. Client / Consultant technical response with forensic feedback.

• Formulate Performance Measurement Baselines, Reviewing process, change control, leading the planning teams and creating opportunities for efficiency and value enhancement within a fast pace, live environment.
• Provide holistic support and guidance to Planning teams which are deployed in PMO, Design, Pre-construction, Tendering, and Construction Team.
• Lead the teams providing support on Planning and Scheduling capabilities.
• Formulate Project execution strategies in coordination with all projects stakeholders.
• Formulate Clause 8.3 or Clasue 14 Pack - Contract Programme documentation untill approval stage
• Maintain the integrated baseline timings.
• Forensic delay analysis on time
• Lead project control process and review of regular updates
• Impact and assess the Performance baseline, cost, commercial and risk contractual implications in order to ensure they are all being considered.
• Be at the forefront of administering, coordinating and preparing all the supporting documentation associated with Extension of Time Claim for all Porjects.
• Align cost and time data in Primavera.
• Establish Dashboard Reports and Earned Value Management especially for self delivery works.
• Manage internal and external reports.
• Embrace change management strategies and ensure compliance across the department.
• Continuously strive for timely completion across all projects which include Project controls on Close-out procedures and KPI’s

Conducting site meetings, project progress meetings technical variation meetings and safety meetings at regular intervals, conducting site walks with consultants and contractors to solve the various technical problems related to civil, structural and M&E works that hinder the progress of the project. To examine the programmes of construction, check progress, submitting progress reports and report to the project officer.
