• Supervising different Vodafone vendors for the planned and unplanned
activities in DC. • First Level maintenance of a Vodafone data center. •
Conduct site survey with operator vendors for new installations and
additional requirements. • 24 x 7 on call for all Data Center related alarms
and issues. Troubleshoot and investigate faults. • Timely reporting and
closing trouble tickets according to faulty reports. • Hardware installation
and replacement with Back office team. • Ensure Vodafone Qatar
standards for all the DC actions. • Working with GBI for submarine cable
system testing and troubleshooting. • Managed all the facilities of
Vodafone International submarine cable landing station. • RTN 950
Software upgrade. •Familiar with Switches and routers. • Familiar with
ODF and storage devices
•Performed LTE & GSM drive testing using Nemo outdoor software. •
Consulted on RF engineers on network issues. • Performing static
&dynamic at the cell sites to check/verify the throughput (DL/UL). •
Monitor LTE data services, hand off between LTE& GSM, upload and
download activities, ping, short and long calls and SMS on multiple
systems. • Performed all static and dynamic activities in each sector. •
Audit the sites and changed the electrical &mechanical tilts to resolve the
traffic dip.
• Coordinating with Bharti and Ericsson teams and providing instructions
for the resolution of customer complaints and maximum customer
satisfaction. • Resolving different 2G and 3G connectivity related issues
using various Ericsson tools such as WinFiol, Minsat, etc. • It is the
responsibility of the Engineer to solve and correct service and network
problems according to agreed timing and standard set, to detect and
highlight network deficiencies and to some extent predict future
degradations. • Coordinating with Bharti and Ericsson teams and
providing instructions for the resolution of customer complaints and
maximum customer satisfaction. • Resolving different 2G and 3G
connectivity related issues using various Ericsson tools such as WinFiol,
Minsat, etc. • It is the responsibility of the Engineer to solve and correct
service and network problems according to agreed timing and standard
set, to detect and highlight network deficiencies and to some extent
predict future degradations. • Handling Customers complaints and giving
resolutions in network and connectivity. • Co-ordination with BSS and NSS
teams for resolving various network and connectivity related issues. •
Supporting for all switch level, IN level and Packet core activities. •
Handling all major outages with different teams for immediate
resolution. • Conversant with: MSC/VLR, HLR, STP, BSC, BTS, SGSN, GGSN.
• Visit the customer location and understood the issues. • Checking the
Outdoor and indoor network level, Lat, long, Elevation view, checking the
corresponding sector, Distance from the site etc. • Coordinating with
Bharti and Ericsson teams and providing instructions for the resolution of
customer complaints and maximum customer satisfaction. • Resolving
different 2G and 3G connectivity related issues using various Ericsson
