• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Implement quality assurance/quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability.
