• Lead and supervise all finishing and civil activities related to back of house (BOH) & front of house (FOH).
• Conducting a detailed study of shop drawings and coordinating with the technical team to ensure work proceeds at the site without failure in submitting the attached details with the Inspection Request (IR).
• Submitting daily progress report and manpower detail to the CM.
• Preparing 2 week look a head plan to the planning team.
• Raising the Inspection Request (IR) according to the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and following up on the inspection to avoid delaying subsequent work, while addressing any comments from the consultant.
• Closing of NCR/SOR at site by doing modification of work as per our approved method of statement (MST).
• Coordinate with the MEP and Survey departments for work-related matters or clearance to proceed with the work.
• Managing work with subcontractors, supporting them in resolving site-related issues, setting targets as per the schedule, and following up on progress.
• Currently the works been handling dry walls, gypsum ceiling, acoustic tile ceiling, wall and floor tiling, painting, raised floors, fire sealant/Acoustic sealant, epoxy flooring, plastering etc.
