Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy.
Oversee accounting daily operations.
Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
Regularly produce financial reports or statements.
Perform Bank and Accounts Reconciliation.
Handle Import and Export.

Prepare VAT calculations monthly after reviewing all amounts with supplier’s invoices and after payment upload it at tax website.
Complete quarterly and annual tax reports.
Organize and update the company’s tax database.

• Assess, plan, manage and monitor the efficient utilization of funds and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.
• Responsible for the Accounting and Administration of the treasury operations.
• Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash.
• Evaluate different long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance to the capital structure guidelines.
• Prepare bank transfers.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Contact with the key personnel in the different banks for the procedures needed.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in handling all payroll preparation functions.
