Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, and other various devices). Repair faults as soon as possible and work to reduce faults to a minimum. • Troubleshoot the end users problems by using Microsoft System Center Remote access and Remote Desktop Connection
• Troubleshoot the layer 1 and layer 2 network problems
