Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, and other various devices). Repair faults as soon as possible and work to reduce faults to a minimum. Provide technical support or training for available systems and networks. Troubleshoot and recover data. Overseeing the development of protocols for IT use across departments and projects. Monitor the efficiency of computers, information network, and printing devices, and verify that they are compatible with all requirements. Maintaining licenses, reviewing their validity, and following up on their renewal. Determine the development requirements based on the study of the company's needs, and set the necessary plans to achieve the required development. Monitor system and monitor network performance
• Troubleshoot the end users problems by using Microsoft System Center Remote access and Remote Desktop Connection
• Troubleshoot the layer 1 and layer 2 network problems
• Using monitoring system (next think) and put the parameters to get notification when problems appears
• Configure the smart phones to connect remotely to the company
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Walk customer through problem-solving process.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Clean up computers.
• Troubleshoot the end users problems
• Troubleshoot the layer 1 and layer 2 network problems
• Troubleshoot the printers and scanners problems
• Network configuration and troubleshoot in PC's and layer1-2 problems
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN).
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
