Role & Assignments:
To Facilitate and ensure the compliance of tripartite agreement of Sehat Sahulat Program which is signed by the State Life Corporation of Pakistan with Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (the NHSRC) and Participating provincial Government of Punjab, for the provision of Health Care Services to the permanent residents of Punjab who are eligible to acquire Health benefits as per the set Criteria, under the program.
Major Project:
Sehat Sahulat Program, was approved by a legislation passed in the Provincial assembly of the province of Punjab, which aims to provide health services to the permanent residents of the province of Punjab.
Role & Assignments:
•Conducting Cross function team meetings for project tracking & monitoring.
•Project scheduling and creating all Project Management documents from initiation to closure.
•Assign project tasks and monitoring the progress.
•Identify roadblocks & remove any obstacle which may delay the timely project milestones.
•Align all stake holders and ensure that all the regulatory requirements are compliant.
•Reporting project progress to the higher management with identification of opportunities for improvement. Major Projects in Finca Bank
•Customer Digital Onboarding.
•RAAST Micro Payment Gateway Integration.
•UI/UX redesign for SimSim App.
Role & Assignments: Oversee development of multiple projects from scratch to end. My duties included but not limited to the below:
•Project Planning and monitoring the execution. Conducting the daily standup at day start / end.
•Weekly Project progress reporting and team's performance (KPI) management and reporting.
•Directing and scheduling daily tasks of the team and all communications for client requirements. Major Projects in Halo Informatics Pvt. Ltd.
•Developments & updates in the Patients Care systems for the client.
•Implement Software / integration with hardware for smart (IoT) devices.
•Business Intelligence Reports / Dashboards.
Role & Assignments: Project Manager / Scrum Master, using "Agile" principles, on various ERP Development / Deployment at large, local and overseas organizations. Major Projects in Alchemative (SMC-PVT) LTD:
•Deployment of Financial, Human Recourse and Sales module in cloud-based ERP system for ARAR Group.
•Development and deployment of Freight Management System for ADSO Group.
•Mobile App, system update for Order Processing System, developed for Indus Motor Company.
Role & Assignments: Monitor and control the operations of Xerox Network printers, installed at branches of Standard Chartered Bank. Proactively managing supplies of the consumables, and fixation issues within the time as agreed in SLA with the Bank. Major Projects in Document World Pakistan
•Implementation of Xerox Network at specified branches of Standard Chartered Bank and Bank Alfalah.
•Conducted the Audit of consumables issued from ware house for Gap Analysis and procedural updates.
Role & Assignments:
- keeping the Project documentation updated and coordinate with project resources, clients and vendors.
- Tracking, logging and resolving project related issues. - Update project schedule for monitoring and reporting the project progress.
Major Projects in System Innovations (Pvt.) Ltd.
- ERP implementation and Network Deployment at National Logistics Cell. AF Ferguson conducted business Process Review and SI3 implemented the approved processes.
