• Handling Tender packages and assuring Client’s expectations are met in the Tenders.
• Reviewing Contracts and negotiation with Clients & Suppliers to ensure favorable Contracts & providing management with advice.

• Handling the formation, drafting and negotiation of subcontracts.
• Handling subcontracting activities and selection of subcontractors.
• Estimating project costs (mainly Power Plants & Petrochemical Plants).
• Identifying project’s scope, requirements and preparing the bid package.
• Occasionally acting as bid team leader (despite being the youngest team member).
• Developing a database to be used in projects’ estimation that significantly improved the process.
• Developing, preparing and evaluating project cost break down, summaries and budget.

• Identifying variations, preparing claims and following up until client approval.
• Approving subcontractor invoices through ensuring compliance with Subcontract.
• Advising the Project team on contractual matters.
