Responsible for leading and managing HR services pertained to all subsidiaries owned by National
Technology Enterprises Company (NTEC) including its HR unit as a parent company.
Implement the operations of the Performance Management, Rewards & HRIS team and the related processes and initiatives to ensure the delivery of effective HR services to Ooredoo Telecom.
Responsible for sourcing, staffing, interviewing and deploying applicants through in-house recruitment
procedures and processes in accordance with organization’s demands and strategy.
Retaining customers who intend to leave the company in order to ensure customers’ satisfaction by
solving their issues and providing suitable services for them.
