• Prepare course materials, such as lectures, case studies.
• Provide practical legal education and skills-based training to legal professionals,
including lawyers, paralegals.
• Assess participants skills.

• Advises and represents local and international clients including banks, financial
institutions, insurance companies, construction companies and other commercial
companies in commercial, civil and labor litigation disputes and communicated
regularly with clients, attorneys and public officials.
• Drafts and reviews litigation documents and written pleadings, claim writs and
other types of submissions, raising appeals and all litigation related services.
• Advises clients on the workings of the legal system.
• Files many success cases against defaulting tenants.
• Handles and files criminal cases such as embezzlement and breach of trust crimes
on behalf of local companies and Banks.
• Represents and advices financial institutions and corporate creditors in
reorganization, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
• Performs all procedures related to the Land Registration Department and the
Notary i.e. Mortgage, Release Mortgage, and Sale Agreements.
• Carries out all the procedures related to Execution matters.
• Researching and interpretng laws and previous Court decisions relevant to client
cases.
