1. worked as a procurement manager for all projects of Kinetics Germany GmbH in Saudi Arabia. I was reporting to the procurement director.
2. Establishing, directing, implementing & auditing of procurement procedures & strategies that are aligned with organizational objectives.
3. I was responsible for tendering of new projects (costs for materials, subcontractors & manpower supply).
4. Preparing procurement plans at beginning of a new project.
5. Establishing the procedure of cost control in relation with project’s budget.
