1- Principal Job title:
Responsible for entire Research & Development activities of the company.
Organizational Relationship:
• Reports to Operations Head
• Reports include the section managers and team
• Interacts with the Management team & staff at all levels and clients (customers / vendors etc.)
Major Responsibilities related to job the position:
• Develop and Implement R & D strategies.
• Provide effective leadership in all R&D related activities to achieve organizational objectives.
• Establish a strong program for identifying new opportunities which addresses customers and market need with branded chemicals.
Main tasks, duties and responsibilities related to the Job:
• Development of innovative methods to improve existing products and processes.
• Development of new products, techniques or systems to specification and within budgets.
• Developing prototype for range of products based on company’s technology and business strategy.
• Participate in integration of new products with other commercial areas, including brand development, sales strategy, quality assurance, manufacture, legal, and marketing aspects.
• Assess the requirements of new products based on market needs.
• Development of innovative methods to improve existing products and processes.
• Collaborate with chemist professionals to run preproduction & productions testing of prototypes.
• Manage formulation and analytical teams, including direct supervision
• Ensure that all aspects of product/process development operations are within the project scope, timeline and budget.
• Oversee transfer of product development technology from R & D to manufacturing site.
• Scale up industrial projects for new product development.
• Ensure that all staff is well trained.

1.Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production personnel and workers, and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of production processes.
2. Laying down the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and the sales department.
3. Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes, application of quality standards and procedures in force in the company, and documentation of production processes.
4. Determining the requirements of raw materials and preparing orders for inputs to production processes (, equipment, etc.) and submitting them to the Procurement Department.
5. Determine the needs of the human resources necessary to work in the production department and participate in selecting the employees in the department, determine the training needs of each individual, train them and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.
6. Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied in the factory.
7. Follow up on maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports regarding maintenance or replacement of outdated equipment.
8. Evaluate the progress of production processes and make necessary changes aimed at improving production quality and reducing time, effort and cost.
9. Submit reports on all matters related to the progress of production processes, achievements and failures, to the higher management.
10. Raising recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on employee performance evaluation
1-Responsible for quality control of Sulphour product (sulfuric acid 98%; linerAkaylbenzene sulfuric acid 98 %( LABSA); sodium layer sulphate 70% (SLES) sodium hypo chloride 12% and RO. water unite
Control product quality of production and work out improvement measures.
2-Review existing and forthcoming and standards, assess and advise on their likely impact on our manufacturing management systems, facilities and resources
3-To advise, assist and co-ordinate the development and implementation of management / policy / systems / compliance / technical auditing, monitoring, review and reporting programs with respect to the formulation and implementation of the above policies procedures and standards, throughout NCSP manufacturing operations.
4-Promote advice and assist in the development of policies, procedures and standards that ensure that NCSP manufacturing systems, facilities and resources are developed and utilized in a manner consistent with high NCSP standards, with all appropriate NCSP policies and National legal requirements.
These internal auditing activities are used to assess and ensure NCSP QA and company compliance, both internally and externally per the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO coordinator for all documents and implementation.
5-Develop the scope for operational, information technologies, financial and HR audit projects and select/develop appropriate audit steps necessary to promote effective audit coverage for the manager’s approval.
6-Analyze processes weaknesses operational and management processes and system controls’ effectiveness and efficiency in view to improve them and propose value-added recommendations.
7-Participate in the development of new information systems to ensure that efficient and effective controls are incorporated.
8-Review compliance with policies procedures and state and laws and regulations
9-Incorporate training continuous improvement

Under the general direction of the Water Department Facility Lead Water/Wastewater Quality Control/ Quality Assurance ( QA/QC) Chemist is responsible for drinking water sample collection, and laboratory analysis and coordination with outside entities.In addition, this position is responsible for wastewater quality control/ quality assurance, and data documentation for Water department Facility difficult and complex, as well as regular, preventative and recurring operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications and repair work of the facility and its equipment to enhance the purification of sewage into Class " A" Reclaimed water for public contact. Work requires a high
degree of accuracy since error or negligence may have serious consequences to the health of citizens and the environment and would affect the city financially and legally.May serve as the Responsible Operator- in-Charge of the facility during absences of the Lead Operator. Works independently under the general supervision of the Water department Facility Lead Operator and Public Works Director in compliance with Egypt regulations and procedures specific to water department facility producing Class" A" reclaimed water for resale
