Managing complete finance & accounts, bank accounts, audits, systems & procedures, cash flow, funds flow, internal controls, MIS, budgeting, fixed assets, A/P & A/R, bank reconciliations, insurance function, & payroll. Finalization of annual accounts and liaison with tax consultants including reporting as per International Financial Reporting Standards. - Check that Income Tax and Sales Tax ledgers are properly reconciled and deposited.
- Verify that all Bank Reconciliation Statement are prepared on monthly Basis.
- Monthly stocks take exercise to be carried out. Reconcile with sales and purchase ledgers and identify the value and quantity of items lost/stolen.
- Check that specific approval from competent authority is taken where accounts policy is silent.
Processing and posting of all purchases invoices, Journal Entries, Bank Payment Vouchers, Petty cash vouchers. Prepare month end Clients invoices. Monitoring all the store activities and reconciliation the stock at the end of each month. Prepare the Bank reconciliation, Sister Companies accounts, Suppliers accounts, Sub Contractors accounts on monthly basis. Maintaining assets register and calculate the depreciation and charged to each project. Prepare and post salaries at the end of each month. Run the auto JV for leave salaries and end service benefit at the end of each month and charged to each project. Updated the bank position on daily basis. Assisting Chief Accountant in preparation of MIS reports for managements and financial statements at the end of each Month. Make the Final Accounts of Aluminum Division every month.
