Project Description:
1.) Doha E Ring Road Extension - P007 - Ashghal
The project calls for an extension to E-Ring expressway connecting the
Southern part of Doha by 4.5 km as well as adding 4-km-long roads with 8 to 14
Lanes and three multi-level intersections at Doha.

2.) Golden Line Underground & Red Line South Projects - Qatar Rail
The project calls for Doha Metro contains 10 stations
Golden Line - Al Waab, Al Sadd, Joaan and Al Sudan Station
Red Line- Al Matar B, Al Matar C, Al Matar D, Al Matar E, Al Khubaib, & New
Discharge Line
Software Used: Aconex

Duties & Responsibilities:

• In charge of all project documentation and file keeping at the office.
• Forward all the correspondence to team leaders/Staff members for review & action without delay.
• Coordinate with senior staff members in preparing project documents and maintenance filing systems.
• Preparing letters for Client, Project Management, Consultant and other parties.
• All other works that may assign from Project Manager / Sr. Engineers like drafting all kind of letters such as correspondence letter, Monthly Reports etc.
• Archive old controlled documents with proper index.
• Keep records in a readily, accessible and orderly file.
• Handling all the administrative jobs for the office.
• Coordinate office standards and procedures for administration.

• Provide assistance to all the site staff as needed. Manage the document control staff to ensure effective implementation of project specific procedures.

• Supervise and manage the document control activities as focal point for document control related activities and functions for executing the document control / Secretary work Lead and efficiently throughout the project contract period
• Manage and process all documentation to/from the Contractors, Clients
• Ensure that the outgoing documents are accurate and comply with company standards
• Review and verify project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements
• Provide drawing, standards and technical information to Project staff. Provide document control support for the project team, including routing incoming documents and tracking the documents if it is responded to avoid delays.
• Provide advice on procedures of issue and methods in accessing the. Keep track of the daily work and set up work schedules. Update and maintain Document Control processes, procedures, and specifications in line with standards, policies and changes to systems.
• Maintain document tracking and monitoring routes, with control of documents issued for review and approvals. Organize and maintain a systematic filing system both computerized and paper copy for easy retrieving. Ensure the physical storage & arrangements of records by classification.
• Effective management of different types of engineering and project management documents. Compiles monthly reports for all main areas on information received from Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.
• Reminding and expediting the engineer in case of delay
• Produce reports as required by management & other parties from time to time.
