► SCOPE
Responsible for the group technology transformation and operation excellency, advise and integrate new/strategic technologies and/or technological partners in many aspects including ERP implementation and IoT & Smart Community projects, considering all stakeholders and security aspects in addition to budgeting and strategic planning for the company current technology status. Reporting to the Chairman and heading 7 team members and more than five outsourcing vendors.
► Near Future ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
• Implemented SAP ERP solution for 3 companies in 3 different domains, real-estate, construction and hospitality, the thing that increases the integrity and reduced redundancy of process, also solved many of data security issues and increased sales team visibility which reflected positively on the overall company performance.
• Initiated IoT and smart community division, conceptually integrated new technologies in the IoT domain into our future projects, the solutions covered many aspects such as energy savings, predictive maintenance, smart community, security and consumer behavior analytics which will be utilized in reducing labor cost, energy consumption, better serving generation Z and take smarter decisions.

Responsible for the company solutions developments/implementation, release and operational support, advising what should be implemented and when, considering all stakeholders and security aspects in addition to budgeting and strategic planning for the company current technology status. Reporting to CIO and heading 16 team members and more than five outsourcing vendors.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪Led the implementation of the home developed Laboratory Management System for over 300 branches with history migration, the solution improved the day to day efficiency, enhanced the controlling and security, dramatically increased the system scalability which enhanced the expansion capabilities -geographically & other medical firlds-
► SCOPE
Responsible for the company technology transformation, advising what should be implemented and when, considering all stakeholders and security aspects in addition to budgeting and strategic planning for the company current technology status. Reporting to CEO and heading 10 team members and more than five outsourcing vendors.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪Effectively enhanced SLA (Service Level Agreement) for help desk to reach 85% in compliance rate instead of 60%.
▪One of the very few retailers that moved their POS systems to the Oracle cloud platform which reduced the downtime risk to less than 1% and allowed the agility to expand and support the aggressive business expansion plan.
▪Reduced number of travel trips by 30% by revamping head office technologies in all regions through introducing new technologies like Cisco Video Conference.
▪Efficiently increased accuracy and decreased time of information processing during the last five years through software designing and manual processes architecting and automating (35 processes).
▪Strategically enhanced budgeting processes to best match the company's financial resources and needs following the next year recommended technologies which boosted the ability to make informative decisions.
▪Dramatically reduced vendor supply costs by 20% on average through managing successful relationships with vendors including Cisco, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Lenovo, Samsung, Apple and EMC2.

Was responsible of all technology related issues for all stores in 10 countries including SAP environment, POS integration and handling all upgrades and vendor integration. Reported to VP technology and headed three team members.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪Intellectually developed an in-house system to link inventory of Magrabi and Luxottica that dramatically decreased cycle time “from shipping to store” to be same day instead of 10 days.
▪Remarkably increased physical count accuracy to 80% by developing an integrated program with SAP.
▪Actively participated as a project manager in SAP rollout and enhancement projects.
► SCOPE
Continuing the enhancement of the home made ERP system plus all SAP tailer development and enhancement, reported to the technology director and leaded three team members.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪Successfully contributed in the implementation of SAP (FI/CO - MM - SD - HR) as an ABAP and integration consultant, the implementation was one of the biggest success stories as it was done successfully within one year.
▪Revamped traditional inbound sales process of SAP to a more dynamic and rapid process that reduced the time spent by nearly 50% and created a semi online integration with the POS.
► SCOPE
Was responsible for establishing an in house ERP system based on Oracle forms and reports, reported to technology director.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪Successfully solved 100s of business bottlenecks including stock taking systems, new POS, attendance system accounting systems.

Was responsible for developing the company's main programs and products that ate focused on Localization fields.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪ Main project achievement was parsing PDF to XML files that reduced the time needed to translate the files from 1-5 days to same or next day
FG is one of the biggest software house companies in Egypt and a leader in Localization, DTP, Translation fields.
► SCOPE
Was responsible for extracting translatable data from any software or website, send it to the translation team then return it back with the place adjustment.
► ACHIEVEMENTS ◄
▪Successfully Localized many of the big names products such as Microsoft. Net, Oracle and Nokia softwares and help files.
▪One of the team that been chosen to establish a new dictionary called Torjoman.
▪One of the team that Localized the massive E learning programmes "ElementK".
