• Leads the sales team to maximize the store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sale, reduce the stock loss, and maintain cost control.
• Deliver the high quality of customer service by the staff by giving proper training.

• Regularly monitors and reviews layouts to ensure best and worst selling lines are correctly positioned.

• Increasing sales and ATV & IPC (Average Transaction Value & Item per Customer).
• Keeping Track Records of Best Seller, Sales reports, new arrivals and SWOT analysis.
• Reporting stock orders and shortage to the Brand Team.
• Responsible for detecting stock loss by following company Loss Prevention policies.
• Ensuring the company policies and standards are maintained whilst the transactions are done in the form of cash/credit/exchange of merchandise/Refunds are done through Alshaya Card, discount/price overrides etc.
• Liaison with Central Warehouse team.
Manage the department Sales and make sure that team delivering the high quality customer service.

Make sure that store standard is up to the mark as per the guideline given
Make sure that merchandise done as per the brand guideline and it is maintained all the time.
Deputise the store in absence of the Store Manager and Make sure that follow the instruction from Store Manager.
Make sure that standard operating procedure are followed 100% and getting green audit at any given time store audited.
