 Identifying new Business and developing and executing staffing Strategies.

 Developing recruitment strategies for attracting candidates.
 Planning and Conducting Volume recruitment Drives, job fairs, and walk-ins
 Job analysis and Preparation of Job Descriptions.
 Developing sourcing strategies for critical position and utilization of traditional and nontraditional sources for sourcing talent, Sourcing through multiple channels - External and Internal job posting, referral schemes, social networking, media, web 2.0 recruitment, job sites.
 Identification, negotiation and development of Job advertisements with newspapers,
 Sourcing high mark resume from international jobs boards like Byt, monster, career builder.
 Expertise in designing and launching microsites for project based recruitments and management level recruitments, viral marketing of job posts.
 Reviewing and releasing adverts for newsletters.
 Improving Quality of Hire by training recruiter on advance sourcing, interviewing skills and market analysis.
 Managed the Contract and permanent Staffing needs of all the business verticals. Including Interaction with the Project technical team/line managers/HR managers for more clarity on the requirement and mapping vendors to fulfil the requirement.

 Evaluate, assess and present quality candidates to Management.
Recruitment management:
 Receive and record job vacancy information from Management, including details such as duties involved, working conditions, experience needed, etc.
 Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
 Check suitability of applicants before referral to Management for interview.
 Provide applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions, terms and conditions of employment.
 Offering, Negotiation and deployment.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
