• PTW review and issuing for as applicant for SSP - General Services and Controller for O&M SSP in the CAFM system.
• Review in CAFM systems data for Operation Management, Overseeing the PPM and CM and generate the Monthly Progress reports and analyzing the data for KPI.
• Invoicing and BPA releases in the ERP systems as buyer for SSP.
• Purchase requester, Buyer and issuing of WCC in the CAFM-ERP integrated System
• Reviewing the KPIs of Contractors, based on Monthly Reports/SLA and accordingly implements for the KPI breach
• Long Term planning regarding fiscal needs, renovation, construction, maintenance, repair of secondary roads parking Lots, athletics areas and in the activities of personnel and contractors engaged in ground Maintenance.
• Recommend to purchase materials, equipment's, and other services to custodial and landscape section.
• Reviewing the Maintenances & Renovation of landscapes, Trimming, Mowing, Thatching, Applications of Fertigation, Fumigation, Bio-fertilizers, Manures, Pesticides, Fungicides and Selection of Turf Machinery etc.
