• To handle the payables side Al Ghassan Motors Saudi Arabia, France and Bahrain
• Prepare and Ensure timely payments to vendor and recording in system
• To Maintain Inter-company Accounts (AGM France & Infiniti).
• Preparing the debit notes.
• Maintaining the Asset Register
• Recording Vendor Invoices in system
• Recording Prepayments and Accruals in system
• Maintaining Suspense Accounts
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
• Match invoices to cheques, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Preparing of monthly closing statements and accounting reports
To meet the different persons related to the research and interview them. Filling the questionnaire. Analyzing the result. Making the summary.
Specially when I did the research for Coca Cola with respect to their merchandising norms. I have personally visit their outlets stores, Malls & Hotels to ensure that they are following the norms.
I have completed my Masters of Business Administration. major in Marketing. I did the internship with one of the renowned research organisation IMRB International. We have also attended several seminars most importantly the Quality conclave organised by Quality council of India in 2008. I have rewarded certificate of training from Maharashtra Cadet Corps. Awarded certificates for organizing the events. Received certificates for sports activities.
