DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Summery
.Responsible for project progress and prepare project progress reports.
.Responsible for formal (letter)/ informal (verbal) communication with client.
.Develop understanding and experience of all technical systems.
.Prepare technical submittals and submit to clients.
.Responsible for production and issuance of design drawings/ calculation.
.Prepare and comply with project quality plan and Inspection & test plans.
.Ensure full compliance of project with specification and client requirement
.Assume full responsibility for cost management of the projects
.Initiate change process to manage variations to contract
.Ensure key milestone dates are met - if delays occur, then to develop plan to bring the project back on the track.
.Manage all allocated staff and resources to complete the project in time. .
.Liaise with staff from other projects to ensure efficient use of company resources
.Review and submission of project handover documents to clients.
.Prepare and submit project completion feedback report to sales dept.
.Responsible for the progress of sub-contracted works, wherever applicable. .
. Ensure non-conformity in materials/ products are dealt in accordance with applicable management system procedure and appropriate corrective and preventive actions taken to prevent recurrence/ occurrence of non-conformities.
.Ensure needed inspections and test of products are performed, inspection & test records maintained, prior to products handover to customers. .
.Other duties and responsibilities as required for the position in the project
