• Green Field startup involvement from day one being fully involved during the construction phase of the company inside the industrial area of Al Jubail-KSA.
• Responsible for IFRS compliant accounting & reporting for time & material, fixed price and cost plus contract for this multi-million dollar Polymer Extrusion project.
• Successfully negotiated a $2M credit, including a $1.6M project loan facility, by aggressively managing the company’s most strategic banking relationships.

In charge of all accounting, finance, collections, cost center accounting and treasury functions for KSA operations with this North American based petrochemical plant.
o Generate monthly financial reporting pack, analyze & comment on performance, cost & price deviations v/s budget and monthly financial reporting to the group.
o Implemented Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and introduced dual cheque signatory system for stringent financial controls.
o Successfully negotiated and secure working capital finance of $ 4 million from local bank.
o Core Team Member for the global SAP implementation project. Rolled out SAP (FICO, MM, SD and PM modules) for KSA subsidiary.
