• Maintains case costs by verifying outstanding balances with attorney, clients, and providers.
• Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences; preparing pleadings; organizing materials for team case review.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Updating and maintaining records and databases.
Operating a wide-range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, fax machines, and printers.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Composing correspondence and preparing reports. Preparing and processing payroll.
