* Serves customers by selling products and

Invigilating computer delivered IELTS exams to the standard required by the British Council Exams Service by following all standards & procedures, based on training and reference materials provided.
Handling of all exam equipment, resources with care, and ensuring that all material is accounted for and handed over securely to the supervisor end of session.
Familiarizing with the emergency procedures of the test day venues.
Actively monitoring candidates during tests to ensure that there is no violation of test procedures.
Ensuring that candidates have a positive and consistent test day experience thereby building a positive image of the British Council.
Completing and maintaining all reports, logs and claims accurately as required by British Council Exams Services.
Following all guidelines and policies in the areas of: Data Protection, Child Protection, Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and Diversity, and Anti-Fraud.
Reporting any incidents, emergencies, or breaches of security to the test day supervisor
