EVENT MANAGEMENT
• Major part of my job was to organize and manage events and promotional activities aimed at reinforcing our brand presence. All the way from our stand build up to each and every banner and poster and POS material placement throughout the venue.
• Training promoters and staff prior to our promotions and events.
• Manage the production of marketing POS materials and ensure proper coordination between all the teams for the events.
• Ensuring that we get the best branding spots throughout the venue.
• Negotiating with advertising agencies and suppliers for exhibitions, sponsorship for events, etc.
• Getting into Barter deals with Event Companies to cut down on costing.

BRAND MANAGEMENT
• Duties involved conducting regular visits to keep ourselves up to date with the competitor activities.
• Carry out market research to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. Extensive market research was done to set prices (for Tissue product) and special offers (Alokozay Tea)
• Monitoring our own social media as well as keeping an eye on the competitors activity on social platforms.
• Performing all the other marketing activities that would eventually assist our end goal - to increase our sales and reputation in the industry.
