•Prepare, Present and Agree on detailed annual business operation plan with forecast, Budgets, and Marketing Plans & Activities.
•Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue and profits.
•Produce Monthly, Quarterly and annually business performance reports.
•Frequently Travels to conduct Market visits, meeting with Clients and Team training.
•Provide and report Market Insights, Competitors activities and crucial observations.
•Search and Assess for potential opportunities to introduce new products to the market and extend existing Products' portfolio

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Formulating and implementing the ASOP - Annual Sales Operation Plan by customer considering the increase of both turnover and profitability.
•Provide the required monthly and full year forecast by Item, considering the set growth by item and seasonality
•Assist in decision making on matters related to business development plans, sales budget, product mix and to ensure that it matches with the overall business plan
•Contributes in discussions of Pricing Policy, Packaging, Trade Marketing Activities etc.
•Determine and manage the Clients Support budget.
•Developing a business strategic presence by working closely with the Key accounts principals in setting up a monthly, quarterly, and annually business plan that guarantees the achievement of a win-win, growing, and sustainable business trend, whilst obtaining a deep understanding of the account business, strategy, culture, and key issues.
