Conducted due diligence, prepared financial analysis, and industry study. Met with the independent industry expert to conclude the due diligence. Built financial model to forecast earnings and future cash flows. Participated in the documentation process and interacted with external legal counsels. Wrote credit memo and prepared presentation for approval committee.

o Participated in USD 650 million debt for a greenfield solar power project
Conducted due diligence, reviewed technical expert report and external lawyer comments on transaction documents. Researched online solar projects and key risks. Analyzed and developed the financial model to stress test future earnings under different scenarios. Enriched senior management knowledge on the project technical aspects by presenting industry insights.

o Bridge financing of USD 300 million for an aviation company
Conducted financial analysis, built financial model to predict future earnings and cash flow. Performed comparable analysis and presented summary industry analysis. Wrote the credit memorandum for approval committee. Participated in reviewing the loan documents.

o USD 300 million of debt for a greenfield papermill factory
Worked with company’s finance team to participate in the syndicate. Developed the financial model to stress test different scenarios. Reviewed the industry study prepared by the technical expert. Prepared credit and presentation memorandum for approval committee.

Promoted to J. Relationship Manager in April 2016, however major assignments were related to analysis.
