 Design, develop and implement Trade Marketing Strategies to achieve defined business objectives
 Handle & execute the annual sales & promo budgets, growth strategy and marketing budget agreed with principal
 Coordinate with suppliers & agencies for all ATL/ BTL activities planning & implementations
 Execute brand activation projects to improve category performances - design & propose unique promo strategies and associate plans at specific channels or with specific customers
 POSM management, deployment, implementation & evaluation
 Provide insights into post-implementation review of the campaigns in terms of various KPIs
 Prepare monthly activity and promotion plan across agencies as per the retail promotion calendar as per the agreed A&P
 Understand and analyse the market potential & way forward for existing and new brands- Market size, growth, competition position and pricing, distribution, etc.
 Handle a team of 2 TMAs and syncing with heads of different departments for optimizing work flow and planning
 Preparing monthly activity and promotion plan across agencies to the SKU wise channel wise level after considering the suggestions from the sales team.
 Preparing monthly and yearly SKU wise sales forecast based on brand or category wise sales objectives
 Conduct business performance review with department heads
