Processed new hires, transfers, and separations.
• Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and
external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate
experience, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed and develop a
shortlist of potential candidates.
• Screen CV's and applications, verify credentials and conduct reference
checks, once approved, and waived by the candidate.
• Hired employees and initiated new hire paperwork process.
• Developed and implemented onboarding and orientation programs for
new employees.
• Coordinating with the PRO for Work permit / Secondment
documentations and timely renewal of QID of employees.
• Updating new employee information to Payroll department.
• Maintaining employee record for all the employees, both hard and soft
copy (ERP & HRD Shared drive).
