Processed new hires, transfers, and separations.
• Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and
external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate
experience, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed and develop a
shortlist of potential candidates.
• Screen CV's and applications, verify credentials and conduct reference
checks, once approved, and waived by the candidate.
