• Delineate business goals while conceptualizing strategies with an emphasis on the employee engagement and business goals.
• Provide support & collaborate with intercompany heads to identify process improvement and/or performance gaps.
• Razor sharp focus on consistently aligning organisational strategies with an awareness of continuously evolving business environments and employee’s growth, benefits, and compensation needs.
• Define relevant performance metrics across the entire business and bring insight and analysis to enable effective decision-making by Leaders.
• Conduct data mining and complex statistical analysis of available people and financial data to determine correlation, causality, and predictive modelling to resolve business situations.
• Assess function effectiveness by establishing performance baselines and using benchmarks (internal and external) to identify opportunity areas.
• Establish a Total Rewards programme structure that is directly variable to employee skills and budget, to attract and retain quality workforce; this is in accordance with the UAE labour law.
• Oversee senior management succession and leadership planning, and work with senior management to establish a robust management succession plan
• Assist senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
• Encourage employee engagement and pre-empt grievances to manage attrition (3-7% over the years) and supervise conflict resolution.
• Leverage industry expertise and experience in setting realistic budgets and affecting resource planning, all within planned timeframes.
• Create and execute network headcount, talent acquisition and employee development strategies across

• In the process of executing an EDM solution; the aim being to build a digital document management system integrated in the HR workflow.
