Key Responsibility
• Accountable for Management & Development of Sofy Sanitary Napkin brand of
Unicharm-A Japanese MNC
• Lead a team of 1 Account Director and 2 Sr.Account Executives for managing the 360 degrees ATL and BTL
communication needs on the brand
• To partner with the media agency to ensure a heathy SOV and optimized visibility on TV
and Print media to meet the Awareness targets set for brand Sofy by the client
• To develop communication concepts & conduct periodic depth interviews and FGDs
on behalf of the client to understand the viability of the Communication concepts
• Update clients of the competitive activity basis regular market visits and trade interactions
Achievement
• Changed the brand Ambassador . The earlier ambassador was Prachee Desai. We along with the client brand team conducted celebrity research to figure out the brand most popular Celebrities and finally took Anushka Sharma onboard as the new brand ambassador for SOFY Sanitary napkin. Also, successfully spear headed the brand and celebrity annual contract for Unicharm. This
• For the first time for brand SOFY, introduced integrated marketing communication efforts Vs the only TV Advertising approach taken by the client
• Led the on ground College Activation programme wherein product demos and sampling exercise was conducted for over 10000 students across 77 colleges in 8 top metros and mini metros in India . This helped in adding to the brand awareness scores and taking the brand awareness scores close to the market leaders like Whisper and Stayfree
• Also the brand Image scores and feature understanding scores inproved considerably after the 2nd TVC with the new celebrity Anushka Sharma
• Also, created a brand facebook page for engaging prospective customers in order to increase traction for brand SOFY and managed to get a fan-base of 5000+ within a month of the facebook page launch for the brand
• Suggested innovative-clutter breaking high visibility POSM Material which heped in increasing brand SOFY’s retail visibility at Traditional Trade and Modern Trade outlets
• The market share in top 8 metros increased from 0.64% to 1.34% within 1 month post the July-September Activity period which included the new TV communication, POSM, on ground activation and digital initiatives for brand SOFY
•Accountable for Management & Development of the Cola brand of PepsiCo Portfolio.
•Lead a team of Account Director/ 2 Account Executives & a Management Trainee
•Partner brand teams to support marketing initiatives with a 360 degree communication & development of all ATL and BTL Communications for Pepsi Cola
•Update clients of the competitive activity basis regular market visits and trade interactions
•Partner the client in development and testing of concepts for New Products and variants and in the process actively participating in the various 3rd party consumer researches
•Responsible for managing the P & L on brand Pepsi against the Target assigned for the brand
