• Utilising various methods and questioning techniques to vet potential candidates. Screening and
interviewing whilst considering client requirements.
• Ensuring all recruitment efforts diligently follow brand standards and expectations. Moreover, keeping
abreast of latest industry and competitor trends to support knowledge base and offering
• Partaking in regular meetings with management and peers to explore and discuss various initiatives
capable of improving candidate and client experience.
• Managing a complex diary and forward planning appointments to mitigate any conflicting demands.
• Providing general administrative support including; sending generic mass emails, photocopying, filing and
scanning.
