● For the Naval Training Centre Project in Idku, El-Beheira, and the developmental areas of Mehwar El Taamir, Sidi Kerir, Alexandria including:
● Educational Buildings (B1 & B2), Water treatment plant, Irrigation tank, Gas station, Site landscape, Fish Restaurant, 75 Suites’ Hotel my duties are to:
● Review and coordinate all design submittals from consultants, as well as follow-up design conflicts, and variation orders.
● Supervise preparation and approvals of shop drawings, list of deliverables, and Material Submittals with respect to the project Specification.
● Continually update the construction schedule during the progress of site work.
● Continually update the BIM models during the progress of site work.
● Support preparation of subcontractors' invoices for technical assistance.
● Quantities surveying at different stages until preparing the as-built condition.
● Organize and choose materials for procurement.
● Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
● Provide a timely completion ratio of the project.
● For multiple Hayah Karima Projects in Alexandria and El-Beheira Governorates including:
● Citizens Services Buildings
● Agricultural Services Buildings (Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation)
● Youth Center Buildings (Ministry of Youth and Sports)
● Ministry of Solidarity buildings.
● Family medical centers and units (Ministry of Health)
● Water Treatment Plants, my duties were to:
● Review and coordinate all design submittals from consultants, as well as follow-up site supervision, design conflicts, and variation orders.
● Manage and lead the team of multi-disciplinary BIM engineers by delegating work according to specialism, project priorities, and contractual milestones.
● Supervise preparation and approvals of shop drawings, list of deliverables, and Material Submittals with respect to the project Specification.
● Continually update the construction schedule during the progress of site works.
● Support preparation of subcontractors' invoices, when required for technical assistance.
● Quantities surveying at different stages of the projects until preparing the as-built condition.
● For the Additional Command Center of the Northern Military Region in Alamein and Family Medical Center (Hayah Karima Projects) in Damanhur, my duties (On-Site) were to:
● Review finishing designs, and perform quantity surveying through BIM models.
● Organize and choose materials for procurement.
● Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
● Collaborate with junior Engineers and Execution Supervisors.
● Prepare as-built drawings, plans, and quantity surveying.
● Provide a timely completion ratio of the project.
Perform all BIM Architecture responsibilities.
Implement BIM technologies on large scale construction projects up to 4D and 5D using BIM models.
Lead sub-teams of technical resources to execute and deliver BIM projects.
Assist project teams with preconstruction services, BIM procedures and techniques
to ensure timely modelling and shop drawings approval.
Provide leadership and direction to assigned project resources (BIM
Engineers/Architects/Junior BIM Engineers)
Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information.
Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors.
Create new library components.
Distribute new and revised models showing changes and RFI answers.
Develop the modelling schedules.
Define scopes of work, issue RFIs.
Prepare and maintain submittal logs and expediting log for BIM models.
Attend and /or manage model coordination meetings and document
preconstruction / BIM meetings.
Process shop drawing level models for approval.
Print drawing sets for team review.
Prepare 3d models and dimension shop drawing sheets for field use and review.
Export NWC and prepare NWF & NWD files for Inter-Disciplinary Clash Detection.
● For multiple international mega projects including:

● Model setup per the standards and protocols.
● Integrate consultant models and drawings into a master model.
● Mentor team members in the use of the model and project’s standards.
● Manage team members to implement the BIM model project and coordinate the integration of entity models.
● Monitor the model’s performance and complete the routine.
● Combine or link shared team models & monitor the naming convention.
● Coordinate multiple disciplines' BIM models and highlight the interference clashes.
● Prepare shop drawings templates and review them for approval.
● For multiple residential & retail projects in UAE including:
● Residential Buildings & Villas
● Public & Entertainment Buildings, my duties were to:
● Architectural design.
● Studying Final Design drawings.
● Perform Revit models for the approved designs.
● Perform Detailed Architecture / MEP shop drawings including finish Materials fixation, sanitary fixtures installation, masonry Builder work, and reflected Ceiling plans extracted from Revit models.
● For the South border infrastructure of KSA (buildings & roads), my duties were to:
● Study Final Design drawings (Architectural-Structural-MEP).
● Study specifications, and Material submissions.
● Prepare coordination of architectural drawings and other trades.
● Performing detailed shop drawings of finish Materials fixation/Sanitary fixtures installation/masonry Builder work/Ceiling installation.
● Coordinating between all disciplines and preparing composite drawings to detect conflict between them and reporting needed modifications to be implemented.
● Implement cad standards and best practices.
● Implement the instructions of superiors.
● Work closely with the Technical Coordinator and Senior Architect.
● Coordinates and cooperates with colleagues and other departments.
● For multiple branches of the National Bank of Egypt, my duties were to:
● Design the architectural plans and prepare final design drawings.
● Prepare tender drawings.
● Prepare visualization 3D Max models for exterior and interior design.
● For Residential Villas & Offices, my duties were to:
● Design interior spaces and make 3D models and renders for the proposed designs.
● Preparing shop drawings for execution use.
● For multiple residential buildings in Alexandria, my duties were to:
● Design interior spaces and exterior facades for residential buildings.
● Prepare Shop drawings for interior designs.
● Visualization architect making 3D models for residential buildings.
