▪ SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is an indoor theme park with interactive, educational attractions and experiences, together with a live performances and thrill rides and a one-of-a-kind animal collection. Facilities include a marine life research, rescue, rehabilitation and return center for the care and conservation of local marine life.

Project Management Consultancy in China for Theme Park Projects. The clients were Chinese Developers creating mixed-use properties which included a Western IP Theme Park element within the overall scheme. The projects were typically centered on the Theme Park with a Water Park, branded RDE area, IP hotels, commercial and residential. A typical development scheme was 3000 to 6000 hectares.

PAT Engineering Enterprises is a group of General Contracting, Engineering, Procurement, Integration and Commissioning (EPIC) Construction Companies. As Projects Director, my role is to manage all aspects of the group of US Military projects for their successful completion. Direct team of 40 engineers and a combined field force of 500 workers. 12 Design build and Bid build projects currently underway. Work with client to enforce contractual obligations, scheduling issues and manage modifications. Extensive contract management with government client.

Senior Project Manager for self-perform General Contractor. Manage multiple subcontractors; client relations; contractors: safety, superintendent and quality control staff; and +350 person workforce.
US$ 47, 000, 000 Army Corp of Engineers project at Al Udeid Air Base.
Client: US Army Corps of Engineers for the US Air Force - Construction of two (2) Billets, one (1) Troop Subsistence Warehouse and associated infrastructure and site improvements.
Assumed control of project at 15% completion one and one half years into an overall two year schedule. Brought project to 85% completion during 10 month period of contract. Declined re-signing contract due to lack of pipeline of work for company.

 ValleyCrest is a billion dollar American landscape development and construction company headquartered in California. I was recruited from USA to start their UAE operations as Director of Construction and Project Executive. In addition to managing their construction operations, my responsibilities included directing the international Design and Pre-Construction Teams: permitting, pre-construction, value engineering, budgeting and design phases, including ESTIDAMA requirements. Although awarded the AED300mm contract for the construction of the Mushreib Central Park project, VCME ceased operations in UAE during the period of my contract and moved back to the USA.
Client: HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed - Mushreib Central Park: AED 300, 000, 000 design/build park project with 11 independent structures (180, 000 sf), including full site development and infrastructure (55 acres).
Client: TDIC - Saadiyat Island: AED 11, 000, 000 multiple villa landscape project, including change order management and compiling an AED 3mm delay / inefficiencies and acceleration claim.

Gencom is a hotel development and ownership group headquartered in Miami, FL. I was recruited to be their Director of Caribbean Operations: Turks and Caicos, Anguilla, Cayman Islands. Gencom’s primary hotel operating partner was Marriott International and their brands.
Employment ended due to the crash of the financial markets in USA. Lehman Bros Holdings was the multi-billion dollar financial partner.
Construction and Development Management of new luxury hotel, resort and condominium projects.
Pre-acquisition due diligence and Asset Management support of existing hotel properties.
Primary Manager for multi-phase Caribbean Ritz Carlton project on an uninhabited island:
o US$ 470, 000, 000 initial phase of an overall US$ 1, 000, 000, 000 multi-phase development.
o 50+ structures: 5 Star 125 room Ultra Luxury Hotel; 30 Ritz Carlton branded Condominiums; Back-of-house and Support Facilities.
