Client: HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed - Mushreib Central Park: AED 300, 000, 000 design/build park project with 11 independent structures (180, 000 sf), including full site development and infrastructure (55 acres).
Client: TDIC - Saadiyat Island: AED 11, 000, 000 multiple villa landscape project, including change order management and compiling an AED 3mm delay / inefficiencies and acceleration claim.
Consulted on various projects and developments.
